VRAI Jewelers and The London West Hollywood: A Sparkling Partnership
GVPR brokered a partnership with renowned sustainable fine jewelry brand VRAI and The London West Hollywood to create private jewelry experience packages and offerings.
Several luxury creative shopping experiences were created exclusively for guests of The London West Hollywood.
As part of the partnership, guests may choose a private shopping experience at VRAI’s West Hollywood showroom. If they prefer, guests can opt to shop from the comfort of their suite with a VRAI diamond expert consultation. There’s also the option to level up with a spectacular engagement penthouse package which includes engagement ring fittings, consultations, suite luxuries and more.

The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte
The Ballantyne Relaunch: Press Visits and Experiences
In fall 2018, GV Public Relations managed all aspects of the launch of the multimillion-dollar renovation for The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte.
In addition to extensive media outreach, GVPR arranged several days of media appointments in NYC on behalf of the property, as well as arranged a press trip surrounding the launch, and individual media visits. Members of the press received highly personalized visits and experienced the hotel’s branded amenities, chef specialties, customized experiences and more.
GVPR secured coverage of the renovation and the hotel overall in several national publications, including Forbes.com, Forbes Travel Guide, USA Today, The Washington Post, Travel + Leisure online, Food & Wine online, American Spa, Architectural Digest online, Business Traveler, Southern Seasons magazine, Oprah.com, Uproxx.com, Sherman’s Travel, Family Vacation Critic, TripSavvy, a major profile feature in Hotel Management and several other hotel trade publications.

Sheraton Redding Hotel’s Redding Garden of Lights
A Holiday Light Show Like No Other
Since its launch in November 2020, GV Public Relations has been tasked to bring awareness to the Sheraton Redding Hotel’s annual Redding Garden of Lights Festival, which takes place mid-November through New Year’s Eve. The festival includes over one million lights decorating over 10 acres on the property. Also included is holiday music, gifts, food trucks, beverages and more making it a truly noteworthy visual and edible feast for the senses.
The 2021 holiday season was so incredibly successful that the hotel far exceeded their original goal of selling 86,000 tickets to the lights festival, with the actual number of tickets sold reaching beyond 91,000. The hotel attributes a lot of the success to the robust media coverage and social media promotion of the festival and hotel packages, resulting from GVPR’s aggressive pitching and hosting of media and influencers.

The Glenmark Hotel
Tight Turnaround Time and Spectacular Results
GVPR launched The Glenmark, Glendale, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in July 2020 – during the height of the pandemic. The firm was hired three weeks prior to the hotel’s opening, with approval to begin pitching and promoting the hotel only a day prior to the opening. Due to local government mandates, the hotel’s signature restaurant could not offer inside dining and the lobby bar was closed.
Despite the challenging parameters of the project, the GVPR team took an aggressive approach through both traditional media outreach and influencer marketing. GVPR used its impressive rolodex of connections to secure substantial media coverage in publications including The Points Guy, EATER, The Infatuation, Smart Meetings, LODGING, UPROXX, Beverly Hills Press, BizBash, HoopLA, CaliforniaLife HD, Hotel Management and more, within the first six weeks.
GVPR also arranged for over 20 local and regional influencers to stay at The Glenmark and experience its food & beverage outlets. Coverage from these trips resulted in articles highlighting the hotel’s spectacular art and design, exceptional cuisine, cozy rooms, and breathtaking views from the Mila Rooftop bar. In the first month alone, The Glenmark Hotel had a star rating of over 100 and Mila Rooftop Bar became the local hot spot.

Vacasa
National Broadcast Heightened Brand Awareness When Going Public
In the lead-up to vacation rental management company Vacasa going public at the end of 2021, they desired as much broadcast coverage as possible in order to raise their national profile and awareness. GVPR secured several broadcast segments for the company, including multiple segments on the TODAY show and The Tamron Hall Show. The brand was also featured on Fox News’s Mornings with Maria and The Street. GVPR also worked with ‘The Travel Mom’ Emily Kaufman to do a broadcast tour in ten of the company’s target markets throughout the country. The broadcast coverage was distributed over a period lasting six months and resulted in tens of millions of impressions for Vacasa.

Hotel Lulu
Making Hotel Lulu a family favorite destination
When GVPR was hired to launch Hotel Lulu, which is only a seven minute walk to Disneyland Resort, the team knew how crucial it was to position the property as a family-favorite destination. GVPR helped the hotel create special on-property offerings that provided families with what they needed when visiting Anaheim to enjoy the theme parks. This included Hotel Lulu branded kids backpacks featuring sunscreen, hats, water bottles and snacks; a Grab-n-Go breakfast menu that would help fuel the family as they walked over to the parks in the morning; Celebration packages that helped families celebrate birthdays and special occasions; and a “Pops and Sparkle” amenity filled with delicious treats that guests can enjoy while watching the Disneyland fireworks from their hotel balcony at night. GVPR then invited and secured dozens of ‘mommy influencers’ / digital content creators, who brought their children to experience and promote the hotel and its family-friendly offerings. The results and effects from the campaign were so immediate, that the hotel’s social media numbers and engagement skyrocketed and the hotel occupancy began to spike.
